Humberstone, Chile 2011 - Inside one of the abandoned houses at Humberstone. A ghost town in the Atacama desert. Developed for the extraction of saltpeter. In 1959, the mines and plants at Humberstone shut down. The people of Humberstone were gone, but they’d left something behind.
